Karanna Group works across Africa, Europe and North America on the part of an undertaking that rarely makes a press release: the years between a stated ambition and a functioning asset, business or institution.

The fastest projects we have worked on were the ones that appeared slowest at the start. Time spent bringing government, financiers, operators and communities into genuine agreement is not delay. It is the removal of the failure modes that stop projects at year three.
We front load that alignment deliberately, then move quickly once every party has a reason to hold the line. Acceleration without alignment produces announcements. Alignment produces assets.
