Where the mandate allows it, we hold a stake in what we help create. Advice without exposure is opinion, and opinion is cheap.
Alignment before acceleration
Public and private parties are brought into genuine agreement before momentum is manufactured. Alignment is the fastest route, not the slowest.
Focus over volume
Credibility is built through concentration. We would rather deliver one undertaking that stands than announce ten that do not.
Capability left behind
Every engagement is measured partly by what it teaches and who it trains. The institution should be stronger for our having been there.
