A trade corridor or investment vehicle only functions when six constituencies stay committed at once. Any one of them, engaged late, can stop the work indefinitely.
We treat that coordination as the core of the mandate rather than an administrative overhead, and we hold the centre of it for as long as the platform needs us there.
